American Traveler is hiring a Cardiac Cath Lab RN with previous Cath Lab/IR experience for a hospital-based position requiring on-call availability.
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- Previous Cath Lab/IR nursing experience required
Responsibilities
- Cath Lab unit with 2 labs and 5 patient bays
- Provides pre, intra, and post care for cardiac patients
- Uses GE/MacLab equipment
- Documents in Meditech
- Monday through Friday schedule,
- After-hours on-call responsibilities required
- Unit averages approximately 3 STEMI cases per month with minimal callback burden
- Must wear royal blue scrubs as required uniform
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be eligible
- No gaps in work history exceeding 90 days within the past 12 months
