American Traveler is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist for a long-term clinic assignment requiring outpatient PT experience.
Requirements
- Outpatient PT experience required
- 1+ year of experience preferred, though new graduates will be considered
- License required if applicable
Responsibilities
- Outpatient clinic serving a diverse, underserved patient population
- Patients referred by orthopedic providers and primary care physicians
- Caseload of 55+ patients per week
- 60-minute evaluation slots
- Treats pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
- Case types include orthopedic conditions, post-operative care, neurological conditions, and vestibular disorders
- Clinic hours are Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-7:00 PM and Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Schedule includes at least two 10:00 AM-7:00 PM shifts and a Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM shift, with flexible options for the remaining days
- Schedule structure can be 5x8s or 4x10s
- Documentation completed in NextGen
- No floating required
- Supported by a PEC, three aides, and two experienced PTAs
- Clinicians supported by AI documentation scribe technology for real-time, compliant clinical documentation
- Business casual dress code
- Opening due to a PT relocating out of state
- Temp-to-perm opportunity open to discussion
