- Verify medication orders, dosages, allergies, interactions, and contraindications for hospitalized patients. n
- Prepare, compound, and dispense medications accurately according to physician orders and hospital protocols. n
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient care. n
- Monitor drug therapy, laboratory results, and patient responses n
