• 48 Hours: Not approved
• Vehicle: Required for assignment
• Call & Weekend: On-call required (cardiac emergencies)
• Weekend call: Sat 0600 – Mon 0600 (1x/month)
• Floating: Yes, based on unit needs and skill set
• May float between facilities:
  • Milwaukie
  • Newberg
  • Portland
  • Hood River
  • Seaside
• If floated to Seaside: +$5/hr incentive + IRS mileage; hotel provided for consecutive shifts
