This role independently manages a high-performing recruiting desk while consistently delivering exceptional candidate experiences, developing long-term clinician relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the recruiting organization.Senior Recruiter possesses deep knowledge of healthcare staffing, labor market trends, specialty-specific recruiting strategies, and clinician relationship management.
