Job Description

Travel Physical Therapist assignment starting 05/11/2026 . Duration: 13 weeks with 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts, days) under a travel employment contract.

Responsibilities

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including evaluation of medical condition, functional capabilities, and limitations.
• Establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals tailored to each patient’s capacity and tolerance.
• Set realistic and achievable goals, document patient progress, and provide education to patients and families.
• Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient.
• Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess patient needs, plan, evaluate, and modify care to meet therapy goals.
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's in Physical Therapy with NPTE pass.
• Graduated from an accredited institution.
• Minimum one year of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (PT) or in the process of obtaining licensure.
• Current CPR certification.
