Job Summary:
Radiology Technologist specializing in Computed Tomography (CT) is sought for a position located in Evans, Georgia. The role involves performing all general CT and X-ray exams in a busy radiology department within a 12-bed hospital unit. The position offers the opportunity to work with advanced GE X-ray and CT equipment in a hospital known for its outstanding burn center, quick emergency room services, and a supportive team environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts, with one position working Sunday and Tuesday, and the other working Wednesday through Friday. Minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiology and CT is required. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year of radiology experience, with preferred experience in CT.
• Preferred Qualifications: ARRT CT certification is preferred but not mandatory; candidates with radiology experience willing to train in CT are encouraged to apply.
• Certifications: ARRT Radiology certification required; ARRT CT certification preferred.
• Procedures Performed: All general CT and X-ray examinations.
• Additional Information: Candidates must adhere to hospital-specific policies and dress code (dark heather gray scrubs). The department values staff experience, technology, and procedures, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities to work with new equipment.
