3 Dots is looking for Travel & Experiences Booking Specialists to help clients research, plan and book travel and experiences. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves researching options, organizing details and helping people create memorable trips.

No previous travel industry experience is required. Training is provided.

What You’ll Do

• Research and recommend hotels, resorts, cruises, flights, car rentals, activities and vacation options
• Help clients plan vacations, weekend getaways, group trips and special occasions
• Research concerts, sporting events, entertainment and other experiences
• Compare options based on client preferences, schedules and budgets
• Assist with reservations and booking details
• Keep client itineraries and reservation information organized
• Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process
• Research destinations, attractions, tours, restaurants and activities
• Assist with changes, special requests and other trip details
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service

What We’re Looking For

You do NOT need previous travel industry experience.
