Trauma Surgery Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Weare seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant tojoin a collaborative Trauma Surgery team in Denver, CO. This is an excellentopportunity to work alongside experienced trauma surgeons in a Level I TraumaCenter a nd fast-paced academic teaching environment. Theposition focuses primarily on inpatient trauma and acute surgical care, withopportunities to develop additional skills in ICU procedures and OR assistance.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care totrauma and acute surgical patients.
• Evaluate patients, develop treatmentplans, and monitor clinical progress.
• Assist with the management ofhigh-acuity trauma and surgical cases.
• Perform procedures within scope ofpractice and hospital privileges.
• Assist in the OR as needed.
• Participate in rounds, patienteducation, discharge planning, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with trauma surgeons,residents, nursing, critical care, and other multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide limited outpatient cliniccoverage as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate and timely medicaldocumentation.

Requirements

• Active Colorado NP or PA license, orability to obtain.
• 1-2 years of Trauma Surgery experiencepreferred.
