Trauma & Acute Care NP/PA — Lead in Critical Care

Beacon Medical Group in South Bend seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Trauma and Acute Care Surgery team. You will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care across the ED, ICU, OR, and inpatient units, collaborating with surgeons and nurses to coordinate complex trauma care.

You will perform procedures, participate in education of students and residents, mentor staff, and maintain thorough documentation while advancing quality and safety initiatives.
