Transformation Program LeadershipAssist leadership in the Development & Execution of Transformation Strategy: Create comprehensive transformation roadmaps and strategic plans aligned with RBC's business objectives and operational vision.Manage Strategic Stakeholder Alignment: Facilitate executive-level collaboration, build consensus across business units, and ensure alignment throughout transformation journeys.Execute Change Governance & Frameworks: Implement governance structures, change management protocols, and organizational frameworks to support transformation.Lead Transformational Change Initiatives: Spearhead large-scale change programs, managing transitions, stakeholder adoption, and organizational culture transformation.Manage Transformation Progress & Outcomes: Manage integrated plans, critical paths, and milestones for transformation initiatives. Proactively mitigate program-level risks, ensure compliance with governance frameworks, and support escalation processes.
