This is a practice known for sitting at the center of the innovation economy, handling market-shaping transactions across the U.S. and internationally.The RoleAdvise on the full spectrum of federal, state, and international tax matters tied to:Mergers and acquisitionsCapital markets transactionsCorporate financeEquity financingsTechnology transfers and complex licensing arrangementsDomestic and cross-border tax planningThe practice works hand-in-hand with corporate, capital markets, and IP teams across offices, giving you consistent exposure to high-value, high-visibility matters.

The compensation range is $310,000 to $390,000, based on class year, with discretionary merit bonuses.
