Toll Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Toll Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will guide complex toll program delivery and serve as a trusted partner to clients across planning, execution, and operational oversight. The position requires strong program leadership, the ability to resolve high-impact issues, and close coordination with senior stakeholders on major initiatives. You will also help shape team structure, support subcontractor oversight, and contribute to the organization’s market reputation and growth.

Location: Seattle, WA

Compensation: $249,223 – $398,110 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s representative in delivering program management and consulting services across multiple domains
• Resolve complex issues with significant financial impact and manage associated risks
• Identify opportunities to strengthen market presence and support revenue growth
• Build and maintain a positive reputation with clients and within the industry
• Interact with senior officials on major program matters requiring coordination and alignment
• Define staffing needs and provide oversight to project teams and subcontractors
• Lead the team in understanding client perspectives while reinforcing a strong organizational culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• 15 years of relevant experience
• 10 years of experience in tolling, technology, or a related field preferred
• 5 years managing or leading a team in the successful delivery and operations of toll projects preferred
• MS in Technology Management, IT, Business, or a related field preferred
