Home Health RN Job Details

• Location: Memphis, TN 38119 (Tennessee home health jobs)
• Employment Type: Locum tenens (Travel RN contract)
• Healthcare Setting: Home Health
• Start Date: August 25, 2025
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shifts per Week: 5 (Monday–Friday)
• Shift Duration: 8-hour day shifts
• Hours per Week: 40 (36 guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2270 - $2570
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active RN license in Tennessee (TN Registered Nurse license required)
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a Home Health RN
• Proficiency with OASIS and HCHB (Homecare Homebase) documentation
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
• Fully COVID-19 vaccinated at time of application
  

Home Health RN Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, following individualized care plans
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings using OASIS and HCHB
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for holistic patient care
• Educate patients and families on disease management, medications, and self-care
• Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed
• Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with home health regulations
