Therapist - Physical Therapist

n Job Summary:n
n Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients within designated areas, ensuring quality care and adherence to clinical standards. Coordinate with healthcare teams to facilitate optimal recovery and mobility for patients requiring therapeutic interventions.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Evaluate patients’ physical condition and develop personalized treatment plans.n
• n Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to improve patient outcomes.n
• n Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly to meet goals.n
• n Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and clinical assessments accurately.n
• n Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and post-treatment care.n
• n Comply with all safety protocols, including infection control and patient confidentiality standards.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Hold a current CA PT License and valid BLS certification.n
• n Possess a valid Drivers License, auto insurance, and vehicle registration if travel is required.n
• n Demonstrate proficiency in OASIS assessments and documentation.n
• n Be willing to travel outside designated areas and work weekends as needed.n
• n Maintain compliance with TB, MMR, Varicella, Hep B, Tdap, and flu vaccination requirements.n
