Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery workshops with business, IT, and delivery stakeholders.
- Assess current testing processes, organizational structure, tools, service catalog, workloads, SLAs, and governance.
- Define the future-state testing operating model, organization, and roadmap.
- Identify capability gaps across:
Required Experience
- 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Testing.
- 5+ years of experience leading large testing programs.
- Proven experience in discovery, due diligence, transition, and managed services engagements.
- Experience building or managing a Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE).
- Strong experience in workforce planning, hiring, and vendor management.
- Experience working with distributed onshore/offshore delivery teams.
Preferred Experience
- Healthcare Payer domain expertise.
- Managed Services transition experience.
- Large-scale discovery and due diligence programs.
