Position: Territory Sales Associate (TSA)
Location: Remote (based within your designated geography)

POSITION OVERVIEW
Are you passionate about building relationships, solving customer challenges, and making a real impact? As a Territory Sales Associate (TSA) , you'll play a vital role in driving success in an exciting, fast-paced field sales position. Working remotely within your assigned territory, you’ll focus on product training, clinical applications , and occasionally support procedures in the field.

This role is perfect for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn the ropes of medical sales, gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies, and grow into a high-impact sales professional. You’ll conduct customer meetings, deliver compelling presentations, and help users integrate our solutions seamlessly into their practices—all while developing meaningful relationships that position you as a trusted partner.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive Revenue: Meet and exceed sales targets for capital equipment and service contracts in your territory.
  • Educate & Demonstrate: Provide impactful product presentations, demos, and training sessions to customers.
  • Expand Reach: Develop new accounts and deepen relationships with existing ones by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Plan & Analyze: Use strategic planning to map out territory goals and opportunities, ensuring consistent success.
  • Collaborate: Partner with marketing, technical support, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track Performance: Keep accurate records in our CRM and share insights to refine strategy and product offerings.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience (B2B or medical sales preferred, but we’re open to go-getters with transferable skills and a hunger to learn!).
  • A proven ability to meet goals , communicate persuasively, and foster customer trust.
  • A passion for learning new technologies and helping others adopt them.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 75% within your territory (including daily and occasional overnight trips).
