Territory Field Lead: Growth & Partnerships

T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Lead to drive growth across the Portland, OR region. You will work closely with Agent store leaders, regional directors, and HQ to execute KPI-driven initiatives and national launch readiness.

This field role focuses on sales enablement, partner relationships, and in-store execution to maximize revenue and profitability. The role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
