Locations: Seattle, WA / St. Louis, MO
We are looking for a Database Administrator with expertise in Teradata and backup/recovery. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Teradata database administration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
Key qualifications:
- Infrastructure DBA experience and backup and recovery.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and processes.
- Experience with cloud platforms and services.
- Managing security policies and compliance.
- System monitoring and maintenance, performance tuning, incident management, troubleshooting.
- Change and release management.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
Preferred experience: Teradata Platform Maintenance and Support, Teradata's latest DSA experience.
