Temporary Revenue Operations AnalystWe're looking for a Temporary Revenue Operations Analyst, a critical position the Sales team relies on for quote and proposal preparation. The Revenue Operations Analyst also serves as the "go-to" resource for sales research support, ultimately playing a vital role in Gravie's ability to win deals.You will:Prepare quotes, financial analyses and proposalsServe as the liaison between the Sales and Underwriting teams during the quoting processCoordinate provider and pharmacy searches with network and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) partnersUtilize Salesforce to enter, analyze and report on quoting dataCollect all necessary materials for review during the quoting and renewal processEnsure all necessary materials required during the quoting and renewal process are up-to-date and stored correctly in shared company folders Assist with sales research and requestsDemonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented.You bring:Bachelor's degreeProficiency in Excel including pivot tables, macros, functions, vlookups, etcA high degree of organization, accuracy and detail-orientationA resourceful, driven and resilient attitudeAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong internal customer-service skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExtra credit:Previous experience quoting or underwriting at a health insurance carrier or agencyA Little More About Us:We know healthcare.
