This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong understanding of legal conflicts and risk management to join a collaborative, high-performing team within a leading international firm.

Key Responsibilities
As a Conflicts Attorney, you will play a critical role in identifying, analyzing, and resolving complex conflicts issues across the firm's global practice. Responsibilities include:
? Advising partners, attorneys, and the conflicts team on the identification, analysis, and resolution of potential conflicts of interest
? Supervising the workflow and professional development of at least two Compliance Analysts
? Collaborating with attorneys and firm leadership to address conflicts and risk issues related to:
- New matter intake
- Lateral attorney hiring
- Business development initiatives
- Practice growth opportunities
? Managing an active docket of approximately 15 to 30 conflict matters at any given time
Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:
? Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar membership in Washington.
? Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law
? Strong working knowledge of U.S. conflicts of interest rules and legal ethics principles
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills
? Experience working effectively within a multicultural, collaborative environment
? Ability to build relationships and communicate confidently with professionals at all levels of a law firm
