Attachments will not be accepted or considered during any phase of the hiring process including minimum qualification screening, comparative analysis, or interviews.Description of JobThe salary range for this posting is: HOURLY $22.40 - $27.97 BIWEEKLY $1,791.69 - $2,237.54 MONTHLY $3,882.00 - $4,848.00 This position will assist the Data Specialist team and is directly responsible for high volumes of daily data entry (Change of Address, Entry of Appearance, Objections, Workers' Claims for Compensation, Employer First Reports, Notices of Contest, General Admission of Liability, Final Admission of Liability, Final Payment, and other miscellaneous documents), daily screening and researching of Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) error reports to determine appropriate and timely resolution, and streamlining EDI error processes and procedures to both internal and external stakeholders. This position employs independent decision-making through the utilization of provided databases (CoComp, NCCI, My UI, Secretary of State website) to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance with established Rules, Regulations, and Objectives, while exercising effective communication between departments for the State of Colorado and external stakeholders.
