We're hiring: Telecom MSO / OPS Technician Based in Denver, CO | Full-time | Approximately 30% travel We're looking for a hands-on Operations (OPS) Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecom equipment and network infrastructure in MSO headend and hub facilities. Key responsibilities: * Perform rack and stack work, including equipment mounting, labeling, cable routing, and cable management. * Install, clean, inspect, and test MPO fiber connections. * Install and replace network cards, SFP transceivers, and related components. * Perform shelf swaps, equipment upgrades, and service restoration. * Install and maintain equipment connections to -48V DC power systems, following established safety procedures. * Troubleshoot fiber, equipment, power, and connectivity issues to identify root causes and restore service. * Coordinate maintenance and troubleshooting with network operations and field teams. * Maintain accurate installation records, test results, and service documentation. * Travel approximately 30% to support installation and maintenance activities. What we're looking for: * Experience in telecom operations, cable/MSO environments, or network infrastructure support. * Hands-on experience with MPO fiber installation and testing, network cards, SFPs, and shelf swaps. * Working knowledge of -48V DC telecom power systems and safe work practices. * Strong troubleshooting skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and with a team. * Ability to travel approximately 30%.
