About The Role

Tigerwings Aviation Academy is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telecaller to connect with prospective students, understand their career interests, and guide them about our aviation and related training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and generate admissions leads.
  • Explain aviation courses, eligibility, fees, duration, career opportunities and admission procedures.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
  • Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to convert enquiries into admissions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups and conversions.
  • Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits for interested candidates.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling and admission targets.
  • Handle student queries professionally and provide timely information.
  • Coordinate with the admissions and counselling team to ensure smooth conversion of leads.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good command of English and Tamil; Hindi is an added advantage.
  • Confident, persuasive and customer-focused approach.
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM tools.
  • Ability to handle targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

Preferred Candidate

A confident and energetic individual who enjoys speaking with people, has a passion for sales and counselling, and is interested in building a career in the aviation education sector.

  • Number of calls and enquiries handled.
  • Lead follow-up and conversion rate.
  • Counselling appointments/campus visits generated.
  • Admissions achieved against monthly targets.
  • Quality and accuracy of lead records.
