Technician Helper

Technician HelperSERVPRO of Camarillo is looking for a motivated and hardworking Technician Helper to join our restoration team in Camarillo, CA. This is a hands-on role where you'll work alongside experienced technicians to help families and businesses recover from water, fire, and mold damage. If you're ready to learn a skilled trade and make a real difference in people's lives, we want to hear from you!Responsibilities:Assist lead technicians with water, fire, and mold remediation and restoration servicesSet up and operate drying equipment, dehumidifiers, and air movers on job sitesPerform demolition, debris removal, and cleanup tasks as directedLoad, unload, and maintain restoration equipment and company vehiclesFollow safety protocols and SERVPRO procedures on every jobCommunicate professionally with customers and team members on-siteDocument job progress and assist with inventory of equipment and suppliesRequirements:No prior experience required — a willingness to learn and work hard is a mustValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in various conditionsDependable, punctual, and a strong team playerComfortable working in emergency and disaster restoration environmentsStrong work ethic with a positive, customer-focused attitudeAvailability for on-call shifts, including evenings and weekends as neededAbout Us:SERVPRO of Camarillo is a trusted leader in property damage restoration, proudly serving the Camarillo community and surrounding areas.
