We do this through clear thinking, problem-solving, implementing improved operational measures, and influencing and coaching tactics.The PMO Documentation Lead & Technical Writer is responsible for maintaining and evolving critical process documentation and governance frameworks that support development lifecycle, decision-making processes, and program management methodologies. This role ensures documentation clarity, consistency, and accessibility across the PMO organization while supporting cross-functional alignment.ResponsibilitiesMaintain and evolve core process frameworks and methodologies, including the Development Life Cycle (DLC) documentationDrive standardization of program management documentation across different domains, with particular focus on:Decision-making processes (e.g., MCR documentation)Timeline and scope documentationRelease planning and execution documentationEstablish and maintain documentation standards for critical program management artifactsPerform regular audits and updates of PMO documentation to ensure accuracy and relevanceCreate and maintain templates that drive consistency in program documentation across teamsPartner with program managers to identify documentation needs and implement improvementsLead documentation review processes and ensure alignment with established standardsManage the PMO's Confluence space, ensuring proper organization and maintenance of pagesDevelop and implement documentation governance processesQualificationsBachelor's degree, preferably in English, Communications, or technology-related fieldTechnical writing experience in a technology or engineering environment6-8 years of experience developing and maintaining process documentationExperience with documentation tools, particularly Confluence and Google WorkspaceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to drive cross-functional alignment through documentationExperience in process mapping and documentation of complex workflowsStrong understanding of software development lifecycles and program management methodologiesStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
