Technical Writer (Notifications Delivery)We are seeking a technical writer to work with our IT Service Management team in creating and posting notifications for ITIL processes. This work requires a detail-oriented focus and the ability to cross-reference multiple documents to ensure the information is accurate. This position will require interaction with multiple individuals throughout the client organization.Required Qualifications:Experience in marketing and communicationsExperience in technical writingExperience in the Information Technology industry preferredBachelor's degree in English, communications, journalism, or related field, or equivalent experienceSelf-starter with ability to improve documentation processProficient in English grammar, usage, mechanics, and compositionExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detail and the ability to cross-check for errorsStrong interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with Google office products (Gmail, Calendar, Google Docs) preferredThe candidate can work remotely but must live and work within Colorado.
Equipment: Individual will need to be able to use their own device, work with Google products. Schedule: Monday to Friday, 4-6 hours per day.
