Technical Document WriterThis person filling this role will be responsible for creating technical documentation around software products and services in the healthcare space. They should be comfortable with distilling complex, technical concepts into consumable, concise, and accurate prose. Our team is creating a platform of healthcare software tools aligned with clinical reasoning, and as we look to grow our userbase we need to create a set of marketing and technical documents that convey the products’ functionality and how our customers can use them.
This person will be tasked with understanding the standards on which these products are built, working with engineers and development teams building out our platform products, and conveying the underlying functionality and utility in a way that’s approachable and understandable by a broad community of software engineers.- Produce market-quality documentation inclusive of feature guides, release notes, and API docs that can help guide customers in using our products.
