Technical Support Technician

Salary: $22,000 - 24,000 per year Requirements:

• We welcome entry-level applicants who hold a networking or security certification, relevant internship experience, related coursework, or a degree in this field.
• We value familiarity with basic cabling, including fiber optic installations in both single-mode and multimode environments.
• We expect a foundational understanding of hardware and IT systems.
• We prefer candidates who understand server setup activities, including rack installation, wiring, and cable placement.
• We require the ability to lift and rack equipment weighing up to 40 pounds.
• We need applicants to have dependable transportation.

• We will have you support infrastructure delivery work as a network technician focused on basic networking tasks.
• You will assist with cabling activities, including fiber optic work and related hardware connections.
• You will help with server setup, such as rack installation, wiring, and cable installation.
• You will apply your knowledge of TCP/IP, DHCP, and static IP configurations in day-to-day technical work.

We are hiring for an Infrastructure Delivery Network Technician role based in Frederick, MD on a 6-month-plus contract with a pay range of $22 to $24 per hour, and overtime is paid after 40 hours per week.
