This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys proactive sourcing, and can take ownership of the full recruiting lifecycle while partnering closely with engineering leaders.

This role will start sourcing focused, with the expectation to take on full cycle responsibilities over time, including owning requisitions end to end. You will support hiring across Systems disciplines such as:Compute server platform and infrastructure programsDeployment and AI infrastructure operationsNetwork, data center, and security engineeringSystem software, embedded systems, and bring upHardware-software integration, validation, and diagnosticsManufacturing test and test developmentResponsibilities:Develop and execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for Systems talent, including system architects, deployment, infrastructure, test, and validation rolesPartner directly with hiring managers to open roles, run intake meetings, and align on hiring prioritiesBuild and manage your own pipeline through proactive sourcing using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, market mapping, and direct outreachScreen candidates for relevant Systems experience such as integration, bring up, validation, test, reliability, and infrastructure exposureOwn the recruiting process end to end, including scheduling interviews, running debriefs, managing feedback, and closing candidatesAct as a trusted partner to hiring managers by providing clear communication, candidate insights, and market feedbackMaintain accurate candidate, pipeline, and requisition data in the applicant tracking systemBuild long term pipelines for hard to fill Systems roles and improve hiring velocity through strong upfront alignmentQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred4+ years of experience in technical recruiting or sourcing, with exposure to Systems, infrastructure, or platform engineering rolesExperience owning or supporting the full recruiting lifecycle, including intake, sourcing, screening, and closingProven ability to source and engage niche Systems talent across integration, server platforms, networking, test, and validationAbility to build and manage your own pipeline without relying on inbound candidatesStrong communication skills and ability to work directly with hiring managers and technical teamsExperience operating in a fast paced, high growth environment with evolving prioritiesProficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing tools, and applicant tracking systemsStrong organization and attention to detail while managing multiple open roles
