You don't need to have all the answers on day one—but you should be comfortable learning quickly, asking good questions, and working across teams.Required / Preferred QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related technical fieldApproximately 6–10 years of experience in engineering, applications, process development, or field technical rolesExperience in semiconductor manufacturing, capital equipment, or advanced metrology is strongly preferredAbility to work effectively in a customer-facing environmentStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearlyOrganized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple activities in parallelWillingness to travel occasionally to customer sites and to the Netherlands for training and technical collaborationPrimary customer location will be Hillsboro, OregonExperience with advanced process equipment, development environments, or companies such as ASM or similar is a plus, but not required.
