Key Responsibilities
- Manage new feature tracking, progress monitoring, and test requests to ensure on-time, quality delivery
- Manage, triage, monitor, and report on bugs from multiple sources
- Draft release notes and update known issues in coordination with TPM Leads and the QA team
- Prepare feature demos, collect feedback, and drive proper follow-up
- Drive reporting automation initiatives
- Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management
- Advanced knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
- Experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration
- Familiarity with testing processes: test plan creation, Sanity and Regression testing
- Familiarity with release processes including feature and milestone releases
- Technical background with scripting or coding experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think through customer scenarios
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience at top-tier technology organizations
- Hands-on experience handling consumer or enterprise devices
- Background in product development planning and leadership
