Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to drive the development and launch of complex, cross-functional projects. You will serve as the orchestrator across multiple stakeholder groups and engineering teams, ensuring programs are delivered on time and with quality. Candidates with prior experience at top-tier technology companies are highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage new feature tracking, progress monitoring, and test requests to ensure on-time, quality delivery
• Manage, triage, monitor, and report on bugs from multiple sources
• Draft release notes and update known issues in coordination with TPM Leads and the QA team
• Prepare feature demos, collect feedback, and drive proper follow-up
• Drive reporting automation initiatives

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical program management
• Advanced knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
• Experience in software product engineering, deployment, and integration
• Familiarity with testing processes: test plan creation, Sanity and Regression testing
• Familiarity with release processes including feature and milestone releases
• Technical background with scripting or coding experience (Python, Java, JavaScript, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills and ability to think through customer scenarios
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience at top-tier technology organizations
• Hands-on experience handling consumer or enterprise devices
• Background in product development planning and leadership

Sunnyvale, CA - Hybrid (3 days onsite per week). Local candidates strongly preferred.
