SAP Program Manager JDPosition Title: Technical Program Manager – SAP Location: Seattle, WA - 5 days Job Type: ContractResponsibilitiesAccountable for the successful delivery of SAP program phases, releases, and componentsResponsible for overall quality, engagement, and adherence to the schedule and budget for the projectEnsure delivery of SAP program in alignment with client delivery methodologiesCollaborate with the project manager(s) in the management of overall resource allocation and capacity planning for the SAP programManage program level status, metrics, issues and risks and oversee overall completion and sign-off on program deliverablesEnsure effective program oversight, including engagement, program and project reviews to ensure success and serve as a mentor to project managersLead and own engagement-planning and program-planning activitiesOversee the delivery of multiple SAP projects related to successful engagement or program executionOwn the engagement and program plan; Carry responsibility of delivering its major elements including program’s business objectives, scope and solution within quality criteria (on time, within budget)Build proactive formal and informal communication/relationship with key stakeholders outside of direct teamWork closely with business owners (L1, L2) to ensure impact is coming and identify roadblocks, need for sponsor involvementExecute against program goals to meet overarching transformational objectives, review impact execution statusPrepare and provide clear and concise decision making up to the steering committee, top level management and IT leadershipLead and manage SAP governance committees and ensure E2E program reporting and RAID managementCoordinate and manage E2E integration activitiesAdhere to PMO governance standards, communications, and schedulesQualification & Skills Required10+ years’ experience delivering and managing SAP programsShould have managed projects worth of 6 to 8 million dollarsMultiple SAP ECC/S/4HANA/ SAP lifecycle implementations experienceManufacturing & Remanufacturing industry experience preferredMust be able to manage resources and interdependencies, define and set up work, and have a high level of ownership and accountability throughout the project life cycleAbility to effectively manage and resolve escalationsAdaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity, and changeExcellent understanding of SAP solutions
