We're actively hiring a Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale application modernization and enterprise payment transformation initiatives for a leading client.
📍 Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite 3 Days/Week)

What We're Looking For:
✅ 10+ years of Technical Program/Project Management experience
✅ Strong experience leading Java Microservices development programs
✅ Hands-on experience managing AWS Cloud transformation initiatives
✅ Expertise with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
✅ Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills
✅ Experience managing large cross-functional teams and enterprise-scale programs
Preferred:
⭐ Payments Domain Experience
⭐ Payment Gateways, Digital Payments, Transaction Processing
⭐ Enterprise Integration & Modernization Programs
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of Java Microservices and AWS modernization programs
- Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budgets, and resources
- Drive Agile execution, sprint planning, governance, and release management
- Collaborate with architects, developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders
- Ensure successful delivery of secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions
- Manage payment platform transformation and integration initiatives
