Treasury Transformation Project ManagerThis is a new role within client's Treasury Transformation Process. In mid 2027 they will implement SAP and Murex a Wall Street trading platform called Murex. They are looking for someone who either has Treasury experience in SAP or in Murex or any other Treasury platform.
Not necessarily you have to have both. One will also work. One round of interview for 45 minutes.
If the candidate is local, then it will be in person interview. Employees in this job function plan and oversee the execution of projects and/or programs that are focused on technology implementation or upgrade of technology applications capabilities and solutions (e.g., enterprise applications, SAAS, internal infrastructure, networking, data centers, labs, etc.). They will also act as Scrum Masters or Agile Coaches to ensure team lives by the values and practices of scrum by embracing Agile/scrum/Kanban/Lean principles.Key Responsibilities:Develop project plans, define the project/program scope, goals and deliverables for areas of technology application development and implementation for the enterprise using JIRADrive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives by collaborating with IT teams, technology vendors, etc.Facilitate the development effort by creating and monitoring an efficient, streamlined process between the internal teams and external technology providersEffectively communicate status updates to all stakeholders across multiple organizations/teams, with reinforcing quantitative measurementsEnsure project and program objectives, deliverables and results are completed within the agreed scope, timeline, budget and allocated resourcesChampions and coaches Agile software processes, culture, best practices, and techniques along with Managing Agile ceremonies like Stand up, Refinement, Retrospectives.Provide accurate and insightful analysis and reporting, presenting the data in a clear format for presentations and reviewsIdentify risks and create risk mitigation plans to ensure timely completion of the projects/programsManage technology product goals and forecasts.
Collaborate with technical development team(s) to translate the long-term objectives into actionable technology strategy and an implementation roadmapGuide execution by applying standard frameworks and development lifecycle methodologies like agile, waterfall etc.Skills Required:Project Management SkillsPreferred:Jira ExperienceExperience Required:Specialist Exp: 10+ years in Information Technology7 +years in Program Mgmt.Expert in Project ManagementExperience Preferred:7+ years of Agile delivery experienceHands-on experience with Pracle SQL, Microsoft VB.Hands-on experience working with APIs.Strong communication skills; ability to lead complex, technical conversations with multiple stakeholders (internal and External, including Architecture and Trading teams) at varying levels of technical depthStrong facilitation and presentation abilitiesAbility to be comfortable working in an ever changing environmentStrong technical acumen, willingness to learnStrong understanding of the Agile methodology and associated management toolsKnowledge of LeanFunctional knowledge/awareness of Treasury or Finance associated business processes and applicationsPrior experience developing and supporting large, global applications and COTS implementations preferredManaging vendor/Partner relationships · Scaled Agile (SAFe) experience.Education Required:Bachelor's Degree
