Our collaborative culture cultivates honest, transparent, and supportive communication.Job OverviewThe Technical Product Manager will lead research, development, and implementation for assigned product lines and growth initiatives.

The Technical Product Manager will collaborate with the UI/UX designer on customer research and with the Marketing department to develop and implement go-to-market strategies. This position requires strong collaborative execution in the areas of product management, product plans, and partner relationships as well as technical understanding of hardware and API capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesTranslate ambiguous or conflicting inputs (including technical documentation and/or 3rd party product capabilities or integrations) into precise requirements and action plansExecute against product strategy for integrations, APIs, and partnershipsPartner with internal and external teams to deliver the product roadmapPrioritize customer experience throughout decision makingServe as Solutions Architect regarding supported integrations for Sales and ImplementationJob Functions and DutiesAct as subject matter expert for product areas and participate in product strategy developmentResearch, document, and project manage feature requirements to deliver roadmapCollaborate with Development and QA teams to facilitate SDLC and agile processesPartner with UX/UI Designer to conduct customer research and client interviewsReview and maintain product data metrics to inform decision makingManage partner relationships including hardware, software, and serviceMaintain documentation and training of internal teams on new feature releases and integration capabilitiesGather market data and customer feedback to inform product roadmapCollaborate with cross-functional teams, building positive relationships across disciplinesProvide sales and implementation support on integrations best practicesKnowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to analyze business or technical problems to guide software developmentProven history of quick-thinking and decision-making capabilitiesStrong written and verbal communication skills and ability to make presentationsAbility to effectively balance multiple projects and tasks simultaneouslyStrong analytical, problem solving and research skillsExperience translating technical requirements into feature setsExperience with SQL database querying, API interfaces, data architectureExperience in commercial digital signage, kiosk implementations, and/or complex audio visual hardware integrationQualifications & Position RequirementsBachelor's degree (Business, Information systems, or technology concentration preferred)3+ years' experience in B2B Software Product Management, Project Management, or Technical Software Implementation role (or equivalent)Must be legally allowed to work in the U.S.Benefits include:Total compensation range of $130,000-$150,000Unlimited PTOFully remote work401k with matchMedical, dental, and vision insurance coverageImportant DetailsNo visa sponsorship available.Reference and background checks required before the start date.Applicants must reside in one of the following states to be considered for this position: Arizona, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, or Utah.
