Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Lead who will serve as the facilitator of the day‑to‑day tasking required to maintain the program schedule, ensuring engineering activities remain aligned with program priorities and execution needs. You will work directly with engineering teams to remove blockers, coordinate cross‑discipline dependencies, and ensure the organization is positioned for programmatic and development milestone success.
This role requires a hands‑on technical leader who can work across systems, hardware, software, FPGA, and test teams to diagnose issues, clarify technical tradeoffs, unblock integration work, and support execution-critical activities. You will collaborate with each discipline to understand technical risks, maintain alignment with program direction, and ensure accurate, up-to-date status is communicated to the Program Manager and Scrum Master.
You will monitor for scope creep and divergence from the product line across all programs, elevate misalignment early, and ensure engineering work remains within defined program boundaries. You will also spend meaningful time in the lab during first‑articles, builds and integration support, and will prepare technical content for internal and external program reviews and customer meetings.
As a central execution partner to the Program Manager, you will help ensure disciplined, predictable delivery of high‑quality space systems.

- Drive technical decision processes including trade studies, documenting decisions, and integrating outcomes into the technical baseline and program execution.
- Provide hands‑on support in lab setup, dry runs, and other execution‑critical activities.
