About the Role

The Technical Delivery Specialist is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of technical solutions within client projects at an IT Professional Services Firm. This role involves working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality technical services, ensuring client requirements are met effectively and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, great communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs. We are looking for someone with desktop PC support, imaging computer, downloading software, installing PCS and computers, day to day operations, inventory management, working in excel to put together reports, walk the floors with the client, attention to detail. 3-month contratc (possible extensions) $20-$23hr (pay-range)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the successful implementation of technical solutions within client projects.
• Working closely with project teams to deliver high-quality technical services.
• Ensuring client requirements are met effectively and efficiently.
• Providing desktop PC support.
• Imaging computers.
• Downloading software.
• Installing PCs and computers.
• Managing day-to-day operations.
• Inventory management.
• Working in Excel to put together reports.
• Walking the floors with the client.
• Maintaining strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience; relevant certifications are an advantage.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in a technical delivery, implementation, or consulting role, preferably within the IT services or consulting environment.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Familiarity with network infrastructure, end user technology (EUT), hardware lifecycle processes, and basic project delivery methodologies.
• Hands-on technical expertise.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Great communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.

• Relevant certifications.

Pay range and compensation package

• 3-month contract (possible extensions).
• $20-$23hr (pay range).

• 1st round Interview with the Recruiting Manager.
• 2nd round virtual Interview with Technical Delivery Lead.
