We are seeking a bilingual (English and Spanish) Technical Account Manager based in the Twin Cities to elevate our deployments and customer relationships. In this role, you will support enterprise clients, ensure optimal solution setup, resolve technical challenges, and drive product adoption and account growth. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, and play a key role in shaping our help center content and company culture.
