Tech Cath Lab/EP

n Job Summary:n
n The Procedural Radiologic Technologist in the Cath Lab and Vascular Interventional Radiology (VIR) plays a vital role in supporting diagnostic and interventional procedures. This position involves assisting physicians, operating imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safety during minimally invasive vascular procedures.n

n Responsibilities:n

• n Support interventional cardiologists and radiologists by scrubbing, monitoring, and circulating during procedures.n
• n Operate X-ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT imaging equipment with precision and safety.n
• n Maintain sterile technique and assist with patient preparation before procedures.n
• n Monitor patient hemodynamics and assist with arrhythmia management as needed.n
• n Adhere to radiation safety protocols and ensure optimal imaging exposure.n
• n Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless procedural flow and patient care.n

n Qualifications:n

• n Certified ARRT radiologic technologist with current registration.n
• n Licensed with the Ohio Radiologic License and minimum 2 years of specialized experience.n
• n Certification in BLS and ACLS.n
• n Knowledgeable in anatomy, radiation physics, exposure techniques, and sterile procedures.n
• n Preferably experienced in Vascular IR and EP procedures.n
• n Demonstrates competence in using various imaging modalities including fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and CT.n
