Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise BPO team members.
- Manage shift schedules, ensuring coverage for US/UK shifts.
- Perform calculations and monitor team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in BPO.
- Experience of at least 1year of total work is preferred.
- Good written and spoken English communication skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts.
