Team Lead, Guest Experience Champion

CAVA is seeking an energetic Team Leader to guide daily restaurant operations, uphold hospitality standards, and champion guest experiences. You will work with restaurant leadership to ensure smooth service, staff development, and adherence to brand values.

In this role, you will help open/close the restaurant, manage food orders and inventory, handle cash, and uphold food safety practices while delivering a warm, engaging guest experience.
