Hello! Car Wash is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to oversee daily operations, lead by example, and ensure every customer receives outstanding service. The ideal candidate must have prior car wash experience and a proven ability to lead and develop a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise team members during daily operations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and wash quality standards.
• Train, coach, and develop employees on company procedures and customer interactions.
• Monitor site cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and effectively.
• Drive membership sales and promote company programs.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Support management with inventory, and daily reporting.

Requirements

• Previous car wash experience is required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance record.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer-focused mindset.
