What You’ll Do
As a Individual Tax Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role within our firm—owning client relationships, guiding team members, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality tax services
- Lead and manage multiple tax engagements, including budgeting, staffing, billing, and
- collectionsReview and prepare complex individual and trust tax returns
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients—providing proactive tax planning, strategic insights, and exceptional service
- Mentor and develop staff, fostering technical growth and supporting career progression
- Collaborate across teams to ensure deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations
- Continuously look to improve processes and contribute to the firm’s growth and efficiency
What You Bring
- 5+ years of public accounting experience, including review of individual tax returns and advanced tax planning
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and respond to complex tax matters
- Strong leadership skills including coaching and developing others
- Experience with CCH (Tax, Workstream, Document) and Bloomberg Income Tax Planner is a plus
