- 5+ years of public accounting experience from Big 4 or a large national/regional firm
- Manage the tax compliance workflow; mentor and review work of tax staff; and regularly interface with senior management
- Experience with partnerships, closely held businesses, high wealth individuals and trusts
- Construction and real estate clients a plus
