Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr

Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex tax preparation for corporate, personal, and partnership returns.
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Lead client engagements, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Oversee and guide a team of tax professionals, fostering collaboration and growth.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and implement effective tax strategies.
- Maintain organized records and streamline processes for efficiency.
Requirements and Skills
- 7–8+ years of progressive and continuous tax experience in public accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting principles.
- Proven client management and team leadership experience.
- Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills.
- Hybrid Schedule : One week in-office Monday, Wednesday, Friday; the next week Tuesday, Thursday.
