Tax Manager - M&A & Global Client Relations

Addison Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Tax Manager for a boutique global tax public accounting firm. This role focuses on corporate and partnership federal income tax, with a strong emphasis on M&A and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will bring a BS in Accounting, CPA certification, and 6+ years in tax/public accounting, including IRC sections 355, 368, 382. Excellent project leadership and partner with clients are essential.
