About Us

Robert Staudacher CPA & Associates PS is a boutique CPA firm in downtown Kirkland serving individuals, trusts, partnerships, and S corporations. We handle complex federal and multistate tax matters for our clients, and because we’re a small team, our interns don’t sit on the sidelines. You’ll work directly with our partners on client engagements from day one.


What You’ll Do

  • Prepare extended individual (1040), partnership (1065), S corporation (1120-S), and trust (1041) returns under the guidance of experienced CPAs
  • Organize client documents, prepare workpapers, and reconcile financial data
  • Help with fixed asset schedules, depreciation, and trial balance adjustments
  • Assist with tax projections and planning work for clients
  • Research tax questions and summarize your findings for the team
  • Assist with multistate filings and state-specific compliance


What We’re Looking For

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field (or a recent graduate)
  • Completed or in progress on at least one tax course
  • Strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in tax
  • Clear communicator who asks good questions
  • Interest in pursuing the CPA license

Details

  • Dates: June – August 2027 (we're flexible on the specific dates)
  • Hours: Monday-Thursday, 32 hours per week
  • Location: 910 Market St, Kirkland, WA
  • Pay: $30 per hour
