Key Qualifications:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a law firm handling executive compensation and employee benefits matters
- Deep knowledge of:
- Defined benefit and defined contribution plans
- 401(k) and profit-sharing plans
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively
- Admission to the Florida Bar, or currently seeking admission
- A portable book of business is highly preferred
