Job Functions

• Partner collaboratively with business units and other HR team members to meet recruiting goals.
• Guide and assist business leaders with regard to staffing process, policies, and procedures.
• Work cross-functionally with other Human Resources teams on hiring strategies, and headcount planning.
• Translate workforce plans of each business unit/department into recruiting strategies and implement these strategies to meet those needs by being creative, cost-effective, and timely actions.
• Educate hiring teams, business leaders and human resources on recruiting best practices, interviewing processes and expectations.
• Maintains applicant tracking database integrity and follow recruiting policy and processes and all applicable laws.
• Assist in the development and implementation of new HR programs and processes.
• Ensures a consistently positive and professional experience for each candidate by managing the candidate expectations during the recruitment process.

Years of Experience:

• 0-3 years of experience recruiting in staffing and corporate environments required.

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree required
